The Challenge

Picture this: an e-commerce platform with millions of transactions, thousands of customer support tickets, and a pressing question – why were customers leaving? The platform’s team had access to extensive data but struggled to connect the dots between customer support interactions and purchasing patterns.

Starting with the Basics

Data analysis often begins with simple questions that lead to deeper insights. Our first step was understanding what the data could tell us about customer behavior. Using Python and pandas, we began exploring transaction patterns:
